I had sent today 10k ICB to another wallet address but the same time my wallet nodes got stuck or i think that time your nodes got problem due to that my 10k ICB sent got conflicted and now they are not appearing in my wallet.

"Conflicted transaction" which leads to lost of your coin often happens when you open staking the same wallet in two computers.
Please recheck whether you have made a previous transaction in one computer, and now you have conflicted transaction when done in another computer?

No i am using the wallet in the single desktop and no other wallet is running, even now i have sent the 25k ICB coin to the 6 month project and it went smoothly, only that time the wallet got some problem.

Yes, no problem.
Any ICOBID is ok for receiving back your ICOBID.
To check what is the deposit address, you can open wallet > Help > Debug window > In Console tab, type: gettransaction <your transaction id>, look near the end of result you will see the deposit address, the received address and amount of transaction.

What do you mean in "you lost your wallet"? Have you deleted the wallet qt accidentally? If you have a back up of wallet.dat you will just run the wallet qt (download the new version if you deleted your copy) and put the your backup wallet.dat in appdata/roaming/icobid folder.

What do you mean in "you lost your wallet"? Have you deleted the wallet qt accidentally? If you have a back up of wallet.dat you will just run the wallet qt (download the new version if you deleted your copy) and put the your backup wallet.dat in appdata/roaming/icobid folder.

To access the appdata  you have to click the window ICON (start)  and on the search function, type %appdata% and you will be redirected to appdata folder.  After that locate the roaming folder and open it.  Look for ICOBID folder, open, and paste your back up wallet.dat.  That will overwrite the existing wallet and with your back up wallet.

We wait payments for social campaign, but did not receive yet. Managers of this campaign still counting.

I agree, some of the bounty receivers are willing to join the investment program, why do you have to adjust it all of a sudden.  You could have given at least 2 weeks for the participant and close it.  Then change your rule after the first phase of the investment program.  This is not very professional you know
