I just downloaded the windows wallet and the wallet is not synchronizing.
I also have placed icobid.conf in the right place, still it isn't syncing.
Any Ideas on what to do, as right now I have brought about 300k icobid on yobit and want to move them to my wallet.

Restart. And what version did you download? 3 ?! Read the tape. There were many options for recovery

I previously use the lite client from GitHub before using their android app. Just download the file, unzip and run. No installation needed just like tkach have stated above.

I have checked with this site and their is no windows desktop wallet, only chrome wallet is their or else mobile wallet and i dont want to use chrome wallet, so i think waves have not launched the windows wallet, if anyone is using can you please give me details to obtain the windows wallet.

I think there is no window client ( the thing that you are looking for) but there is a lite client that can be run in your browser, you just need to download the waves-lite-client-mainnet-v0.4.22.zip and unzip it.  Run it and you will have the lite client running.  It is not a chrome wallet.  It can run on any explorer or browser.

Ok thank you very much for the information, i will try with what you told about it, as i dont want to use the wallet which is linked to browser as it is risky and we dont have control the the wallet but if they are providing with private keys then ok to use it. I have a bad experience of using chrome app as i have got virus attack when i used one of their app.

I use Firefox and work very well (i think Opera browser is most secure). It is not a classical wallet, looks like a HTML page. You need to set a password for this wallet, Not just that unprotected but i agree Chrome is not recommended to use for things like this
I have some token on this wallet, and I have not had a problem so far with him. also, you need to have minimum 0.001 Waves for a later transaction.

yes i have many icob coins and dev need to improve some methods to boost price.i think they sait icob will be more than 1000sat i also buy some that price .why no active development and no activity on coin.

I have gathered all my icob coins from all exchanges and after that when i went to check my  wallet but i am not able to find anything, even then i signed a message and then sent 1 wave coin with the signed message and my wallet address. Is this steps enough to claim the ICOB-W token. Please reply Pioneer88.
