It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

With the customizability of independent asset chains and the goal of allowing anyone to create a blockchain on the Komodo Platform, any thoughts on adding additional POW algorithms, maybe with an -algo flag? I'm just thinking about giving users the ability to choose how their asset chain is secured instead of simply equihash (or proof of stake) and dpow.
Personally, I'd like to see the popular ones: SHA256, Scrypt, X11, and Ethash but no idea of the feasibility of this idea. Verushash is also interesting from a cpu/gpu relationship but a bit nichey at the moment.

I wasn't aware of the fact that BTCD has been swapped by Komodo but came to know at the recent pump of that market. When I picked Komodo reason was its potential of future that is same. I will be looking for more details on that deal how that went even that has been long time ago, I see now. KMD is available at bargaining price now.

Komodo team is doing good but the volume is too low. Hope they can keep up with the latest tech in the space

Today , we can see the cheap price of komodo on binance and bittrex exchange. I really have a good chance to hold more KMD coins on Agama wallet to get a reward and this fact makes KMD platform very interesting and profitable for me while the bear market is displaying .
