Not sure if I understand this right. Thiago is ordering two avalons, one paid by himself and one funded by Rodrigo.

Now that the price exploded, Rodrigo wants the avalon instead of the loan he gave Thiago. Not sure what the exact terms of your agreement were but claiming the device now would not work with me. Seems a bit unfair.

I gave many loans to Thiago (50 BTC and up) and he never failed to pay me back. He was late sometimes but he's not a scammer.

Why so?  I paid Thiago`s avalon second wave order trusting him to pay me 3 days after, was friday or something, he claimed to be withdrawing some coins from some investment and that we would have the coins on monday,  never got the coins, then i gave him more 20 days, no coins.  

the problem is here: Before this mess, I offered Thiago avalon hosting so he could have machines as fast as possible with no worries with shipping or taxation. After we agreed we changed the address of both to my address.


Now that address change and the TX id from my wallet are the only thing that I can rely on.

I paid the order from my wallet to protect against something like this.
Thiago opened a ticket himself to change the order addresses.(after we agree on that)
But he failed with me twice. Then other variables came into play, this is me repositioning so I dont get burned.

Maybe I'm too worried about this... Avalon will honor my `shipment address', that I put on `support.avalon-asic.com' for each order, for sure....

Otherwise, I'll bring WalletBit and Avalon into this, no doubt.

The MAIN problem is that Avalon does not answer any of my tickes, I just want confirm my `shipment address'.

Rodrigo will have his Bitcoins and everyone else that still have some coins with me (previous loans). I do not forget anyone.

I afraid that Rodrigo can claim that the hardware belongs to him, because of the Bitcoins of my WalletBit transaction, come out from his wallet. He can does that? I don't know...

Avalon will not honor with me? Yes, they will. Right?
