How come you are still not refunded when bitsler have posted the transaction ID where you received 0.18 btc which at that time should have been around 100 USD, its a bit more with today value but I mean we all see the transaction id and can confirm it in any bitcoin transaction explorer online. I don't think what you are trying to do here but cannot really understand, you should lock this thread now. As per the transaction ID you must be refunded from a few days ago.
