Since it appears the Dev does not want to answer the question about the premine, looking at the code the premine is:

Yes. 1 mln premine and is very visible in OP .Sometimes is difficcult to answer all posts, specially is is something described in op, not code needed  we're not hidding nothing, and this is not about premines or money. Dev - I'm going to make a recommendation. You should release a new wallet and start POS immediately. Having to wait such a long time to start getting POS after mining or purchasing coins gives no incentive to anyone to hang onto these coins. I already see large numbers of coins for sale and there's no inventive to keep the coins.
You should do this immediately.
Network hash has dropped dramatically and people are losing interest in mining this coin already.
Please release a new wallet and start POS now.
as it stands right now - POS will not start until sometime in February of 2017 and this coins will likely be long forgotten by then.
