Here's my newbie q's: You're saying anyone (even a newbie like me) can lock a whole topic? I thought only mods or the OP could do that. Thanks in advance for helping me learn about this.
You can lock a topic if you created it (if you are OP). So yes, as you say, only OP or the mods could do that.
