Yes we have an handle on everyone already. We will swap the DB on the web wallet, and issue a new link for the win wallet. Web wallet coin will be there automatically, win wallet will need to download NLC2 wallet and import Priv key from old wallet.

Premine will be 142 M (1 10th of the original NLC) so everyone will essentially be getting a 10X improvement regarding total coin supply, yet we will swap 1:1

So if you bought 100,000 NLC at 50 Sat, you will get the equivalent at 80 Sat which is in this case 25,000 this only from the dump. So we will honor that one dump by the hacker that sold a big block, but will be adjusted to 80 Satoshi. That for purchases after 6 PM yesterday until 7 PM. We have the exact balances before 6 PM, so we will swap 1:1 any balance you had then. So if you held NLC before, you get a swap 1:1, if you purchased on the big dump we swap at 80 Sat, but after that purchase, we will not honor. Purchase must be before 7 PM PST on 11/1, NOTHING AFTER THAT TIME WILL BE HONORED.
