Swap of large amts is slow, as we want to protect new chain and I am certain some of the swap requests are from the hacker. There was only 30M circulating before, and only a few over 1 Million. So pls be patient as new chain is poised for a huge run up and we are going to take every case and study. So sorry to the true backers, but Im protecting you exactly so once your account is very clear, then we will send. We have approved a few already and will be sent soon.

Regarding C-Cex. The best thing is to send en excel file from history and screen shots as some have sent.  

On C-Cex, they want to keep that chain alive, but its not alive, its dead at 1 S and C-Cex holds all the hackers coin, every one. I pleaded to have the coin removed or suspended or Frozen, but wont. It does not affect us, but for the sake of the cryptoworld, it seems we need to work together and in cases one can isolate a hacker as in this and Yobit was great, they pulled the coin 5 minutes after the request. So, Yobit gets high marks for that so we will move to Yobit with NLC2 soon.  

Coin swap will take days and sometimes weeks, if request is large and if you are not part of the hack, you have no risk of loss. But we want to see transaction records for large swaps.

An FBI internet crime report has been filed and is now being investigated.

4. Best practice is to keep a windows wallet as it is now staking 4% and since POW has been removed, wallets will now be the only type of nodes, so each wallet helps the chain.

This coin, NLC 2.0 is form a much smaller pool, 200M coin VS 1.4 B, so its 14% of the previous total. That is a 1:7 reverse split as they say with stock.
