You need the buyers identity.
You're trying to scam money with a hacked/stolen Paypal account.
Using a used car salesman's ploy of "Hurry, I have another offer".
You offer escrow knowing fully well that is only a diversionary tactic.
You also are fully aware this account could be taken back at any time, leaving the buyer to deal with chargebacks or worse.

I didn't use my original account coz of negative feed backs yes you r right but I m not trying to scam anyone brother its my own PayPal account not hacked or stolen all the money in this account came from different freelancing websites like freelancer.com , damongo.com etc and tell me how can I restore the account after providing you all the details tell me OK and I really want to use escrow but that method is not for DT members its only for untrusted members OK if you want the account I can go first and give you all the details after that you pay me via Btc but if you think I can restore the account then we can use escrow I give all the details to escrow and you pay the escrow OK escrow hold the funds for some day like 1 or 2 Or 3 even if u r still have any doubt then pay 200$ to escrow and the escrow hold the funds for 6 months and then pay me what you say bro r u ready then??.
You can recover the account with secret questions and more so you can not change the password if an account is limited SO YOU WILL STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNT!
Even if you find a buyer to pay you it will not be their account.
