Clicked the link. A fitbit surge is $300+. Why would you be able to get one for $20? (answer: you can't...) but what does that matter because:

TOS:

You will pay first and fill out the form I give you.

That's sketchy as hell. I'm not sending you an irreversible payment for 95% off of a product that's in high demand. Could I also get a $100 MacBook shipped to me in a Mercedes that'll only cost me an extra $1000? Thanks.

TOS:

- You will pay first and fill out the form I give you. (Because you are so trusted member here, yes we will pay you first )
- You must state if you've ever had any type of Fitbit's arrive at your address before.
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. (Like who and why?)
- You are only eligible for a refund if I can’t finish my service for you.
- If your address is blacklisted and I only later find that out through a chat then you are not eligible for a refund. (what?  Huh)

1. First of all, I am willing to go first for trusted members. I also have an account thread on the forums and users have been going first on that so I don’t see any problems for users in paying me first at all to be frank.

2. I reserve the right to refuse known scammers for example.

3. Some people have blacklisted addresses on FitBit for whatever reasons, and if they do and pay me and I find out later then I will not refund them.

It's not though... Read the thread! I’m willing to go first for highly trusted members.

1. When you say trusted members you mean with green trust?
And the others, with no green trust, they have to go 1st? When you say "I also have an account thread on the forums" what account thread

2.  Ok, i understand.

3. Please explain more. (Home address? email ? what ? )

You haven't written, will you use escrow?

Yes green trust & yes others with no green trust have to go first like on any other thread on this sales fourms
The bottom was just me pointing out my other shop which is Lynda accounts that iv been selling for a while so just thought id add that to the bottom to users can pehaps look at that also.

And yes I accept a middleman however you would need to be the one sourcing for it.  Wink

Edit: And yes I will ask for the address the client would like the item to be shipped to and the name they would like it to be shipped under.

CLOSED THREAD

Ok one last thing, have you test it yourself, have you order any Fitbit activity tracker for you?

That answers that haha. Nope. He's Sketchy McSketcherton and he's moving on to bigger and better things. Don't send this guy your bitcoins first Wink or consider it a donation.
