Monero is seriously the first coin that even the bitcoin maximalists are scared of. Some joined already after they realized they cannot beat it.

It is possible. But when the ZCash is listed, the price of the Monero could drop as the money will flow to ZCash.

I doubt about antshare. they still facing some issue now and their is slow to response after ICO ended, They are very responsive during ICO period so i doubted now their project, But their funds are in escrow so no worry forries for investors, Lets what will gonna happened at the end of October .

I am not sure about those coins. But the Etheruem is having a big conference now. After that , the price could rise a lot.

I am not sure about those coins. But the Etheruem is having a big conference now. After that , the price could rise a lot.

The Etheruem price has already risen over 20% in the last few weeks. So it might have already priced in the conference.

To be honest I see the future of Monero brighter than the future of bitcoin. Do not get me wrong, I do hope bitcoin will survive also but there is no way I think it is the ultimate crypto.
Besides, I think the masses prefer Monero because of its anonymity which will get another layer soon. Might be that Monero is very appealing in the eyes of general public and they will try to buy as many Moneros as they can.
Usually the first movers are the pioneers taking the largest risks and therefore are rewarded with the most generous amounts of Moneros for their bitcoins. So, I think there is an urgency to buy tons of Moneros.
Every person in western countries should do their best to collect 10 000 XMR at least so better to start today while it is still cheap and available.
This will be impossible task in the future (even next year already) so better to start this very moment.

Factom seems pretty likely. Has tested 0.006 twice stronger the last time... thinking it'll break 0.007 this time. Hasn't reached May ATH of 0.008+ yet.

Dunno a lot is in the hands of the developers making the software. But it might like a lot of other things might.

Unfortunately I still don't believe enough in ETH to hold some.
Waves may have a good pump when the nodes are released and one when Polo with list it. After that... hard to tell, Sasha&Co seem to work on it, but somehow slow (which can be good and can be bad).


Monero has a good niche, it's stable, it's developing nicely. It has a good chance for "moon", unless something better pops out meanwhile and it develops faster.
However, Monero will not be easy to be beaten on its niche. This is why I didn't mention the other anon coins.

Zcash is a good coin but it is not at par with Monero.

In order to some other anonymous currency to succeed it needs a community that is willing to hoard and hodl it. Monero has such community but the big question is, does Zcash has it? If not, it will fail for sure. No matter how good are the tech credentials.

Exactly. That is one good point you got there mate. I think that most anon coins are just full of hype, with Monero being one of the few that is truly rising and providing good results. I remember that XMR was at $0.60 back in the day I started looking into it. Now it is ten times the price, from what I've invested initially. Hopefully, it could become used more each and everyday on popular dark net marketplaces. Just my opinion.

Interesting view on ETH. Just there's always a chance to buy in the last pump before everybody is selling. I managed to sell once a dying coin in its last pump, I don't think I can get that lucky twice.

But the reason I came back to this thread is to add one more coin to the list. A coin I never thought it could go back in such lists: Litecoin.
There are tons of news lately about litecoin, I am not sure what's cookin' there, but LTC is very present in the news lately and I've seen even talks about adding anonymity into LTC. It could lead to an unexpected rise of LTC. I don't know if this will place Litecoin back into a great ranking or it's something else, more desperate. However, time will tell.

Why should ETH be a dying coin? ETH has a lot of developments and probably more usage than any other altcoin. This just goes down a bit among all the hate on ETH
