China grow quietly, and Russia exposed their activities. China are close for many years, until (maybe) 5 years ago their open their 'status' to the world. They welcome many foreign tourist to introduce their country. And still welcoming the tourists, they also prepare something big and it still secret, the world doesn't know their activities.

The west decolonized, Russia freed most of Eastern Europe... Meanwhile China only expand.
