Honestly hope no one will send you money, you have no proven background in the crypto community (since you have given nothing, but a name with no background) and total lack of details (you simply copy pasted the papers of someone else), but you just keep repeating some buzzwords here like "offchain anonimity" (see your last response to someone).

There is a major issue that I may not deliver the promised features and a working lightning network. a gambling for me and for investors.

I respect Sebastin's honesty, but we may fell into conflict during testing and third party review.

I don't want to lose the funds and do the ICO again. whoever wants to take risk  can take the same boat with me.

Maybe I will lower my expectation to ensure this fund raising quickly done in short time.

someone asks for more details, you tell them to wait till after the "16th"     
someasks asks about escrow, you say it would hinder your project scam       
someone points out you would be lucky to get ONE BTC with this shit, you agree   "its a matter of luck" you say

this seems a clear cut scamm project. no escrow. no proper details, no whitepaper, no roadmap . I am really afraid about you. believe me this is not a way to run an altcoin or something like that. better to increase your budget and do proper work. other wise don't bothor to waste your time.
