As much as I'd like to know the real statistics of online casinos but I'm afraid that tax organizations around the world  can't know for sure how much an online casino is earning because you know if there are millions of dollars involved then governments would love to issue tax and if they refused they could shut down their business.
I'd never trust the stats shown on their sites.

OP, the answer is no. Because no gambling site would ever disclose their real income that they actually make, as they are not interested in paying higher taxes which is why they have invested into bitcoins, and even if they state some numbers, those numbers would be gross ones and not net income, and that will also indicate a part of the actual income that they are getting.
Yes, I also think there is no way to know how many gambling sites makes. The only way is to ask directly to the gambling sites, but I am not sure to can get it easily. Because it will be their privacy. Maybe gambling sites will tell how much they makes to investors, but I am not sure this is real income or not. Because if speaks gambling sites it is a business game.
There's already some popular bitcoin casinos who share their stats by having a wagered counter or check dicesites like what most user suggests then get the 1%(house edge) of that number boom now you got an idea of how much they're making. Also if you ask that kind of question to their support i'm sure they won't answer.
Whether it can be seen by everyone or just investors who can see it? Maybe you can tell me an example of gambling sites that share their stats and how do I know that? Very difficult to know how many gambling sites makes, most gambling sites hide it. But I still doubt whether it is real statistics or not, I'm afraid it's just manipulation for specific purposes. And yes it is very difficult to get an answer if asked a few questions like that in their support.

Is there a way to see how much gambling sites makes?

Some keep such information confidential and so will not display to the whole world but if you try to inquire from them privately and you're fortunate they can fill you in else try to do some social engineering of their staff and see if they can leak such information to you.
:)ok thank you so much

That is true Hackers could be a big problem but I dont think it would be a big problem since I'm sure that all the funds in a casino wont be transferred into a single address. You'd have to be really stupid to do so and not branch out into different addresses. I've seen a few bitcoin based casinos disclose their revenues at the early stage. Avoiding taxes is not the best idea for casinos because if the insider information is leaked the whole casino would be at risk. As long as the business is making profits, its best to pay your taxes regularly.

I think it was enough income appreciably with 0.04 / week, especially if can work together in several site gambling but it must be have time 24 hours to be in front of the computer.

Is there a way to see how much gambling sites makes?

Most of the site's now shows how much they won or how much they are in profit. So what you have to do is just go on that site and see site's profit. Case solved.

Correct, because I think showing this gambling site how much money they are earning in a day or in a week is confidential, that is why they are only showing the History of their sites like the players history, I mean those players who win or lose.
So, if you really want to know how much money a gambling site can make in a day, it would be better if you would contact the owner of a certain gambling site.

They don't think like that, in fact that is the trend now, some dice sites showed how profitable their site is to attract new investors to grow their bankroll. Gamblers knew already that site are profitable in overall but they are also attracted to gamble when there is a bigger bankroll especially the whales.

Crypto games shows stats on how much they make per game and per coin. You'd have to factor in that part of those profits are paid out to investors, but it's easy to calculate.
You can also check the invested amounts of the admins on the website, so you'll get an idea of what the owners earn.

Here are the stats for the BTC dice game:

Inside "Bankroll" tab in "Invest" you can also get access to profit chart since the start for every coin. This is a very good tool for analyzing past performance of the casino. YOLOdice feature even more detailed graph with lots of additional analytics. See for yourself https://yolodice.com/#stats/investor

Even the staff inside don't know how much bitcoin can earn daily only the owner but if you are addict on gambling and you always see those player who looses tones of bitcoin in my prediction they are generating of earnings around 50-100btc per day. plus minus of the salary of those staff.

You are wrong here. Being a moderator doesn't mean you need or have to stay for 24/7 (Are you a robot? You still need to sleep). They have their own schedule on what time they need to moderate the chat and gambling sites always have more than 1 moderator to keep the chat from spam or other bad behaviour.
The profit is really looks promosing, but you need big money before you can make/open a gambling site, you are also have many competitors/other gambling sites which already reputable and reliable.

https://thebitcoinstrip.com this place shows how much each bitcoin casino made, wagered, profits basically everything you want to know. Don’t forget tough, these websites are huge and spending a whole lot to keep being on the top charts. So these numbers are not available for everyone, just for big casinos.

There are websites that keep track of the daily profit, daily wages, daily amount wages etc. These data are taken from the respective btc casinos and they have agreed to let their database opened to everyone to view. These casinos are usually more 'safe' in my opinion and i am more willing to invest in these casino.

What website are you talking about though? You just mentioned it and never really say what it was. Is it a secret website for casino owners or some secret society so they can monitor the gambling sites? Well, I hope you can share it, it's a good tool for every gambler to check the legitimacy or whatever of the casinos available.
