I think the best exchange for egaas is poloniex
Or another exchange with high volume

We have Poloniex and Bittrex but for faster listing, Bittrex is a good choice and they can negotiate with Poloniex in the future.
Just do your best eGaaS.

I think both are very, very good poloniex and bittrex to add egaas to exchange it later, and make it easier to trade in the trade for everyone and is fairly easy and safe ..

No real countries are using it; The Republic of Liberland is not a real country it is disputed land between 2 countries; the land goes to one country or the other not a 3rd party.  Even if it was a real country there are apparently only 300 citizens, there are more people who live on my street than in the whole "country."  The other countries listed there are illegitimate as well, they are not recognized by the United States.
