RT - A South Carolina police chief has stated that he will arrest anybody found to be guilty of dressing like a clown, following up to "suspicious activity" that was reported in the area.
This action came in response to several clown sightings in the area, which allegedly terrified the residents. One resident reported clowns "whispering" and "making strange noises".
Police Chief Ken Miller has made a direct press statement about the issue:
“It’s illegal. It’s dangerous. It’s inappropriate, and it’s creating community concern so it needs to stop,”
I guess this means they have to get on the 2016 Presidential Candidate debate podiums and arrest everybody on stage, including the reporters, followed by members of Congress
