Why do you want to use exchanges? There is a bitecoin-byteball trading chat-bot in the default wallet installation, you can buy/sell btc/bytes, no need for somebody else holding your money for you while you trade.

A truly decentralized p2p trading platform is possible with byteball. Not necessary to send your bitcoins/bytes to somebody else just to trade.

The idea behind 1-of-2 is to have some kind of backup. It doesn't help with the problem of creating a new address. How would backing up your data solve that? All your addresses stay accessible through your wallet. If you back it up and restore it, you just restore to a previous state (ie you won't have transactions that were made after the back up), so I don't really understand your point #2.

Oh, i think that you're right ('cause i didn't test that way). But anyway, the good idea is to add function to specify change from every transaction. Sometimes it can help very much (specially with bytes distribution)

To me it is completely unfair to give BTC whales the automatic whale share in BB or any other new CC. It is worse even than a fairly conducted (as much as possible on here) ICO because the richest have to at least spend or risk their BTC to gain the new tokens. If they wish to take the whale share in an ICO they need to pay for it. Not with BB.
