There literally one guy holding 30-40% of all coins that will ever exist, who also happens to operate all twelve if the consensus forming and transaction validating nodes that collect all of the network fees. It almost couldn't be more centralized, so practically anything that's changed would increase decentralization.

This is a cheap comment - really...

The distribution of BB is not finished yet.  The name of the dev is known to all - he can't hide...  The distribution of the witnesses will follow in due course.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

hello someone can tell me what is byteball in short words?

Byteball is a decentralized system that allows tamper proof storage of arbitrary data,
including data that represents transferrable value such as currencies, property titles, debt,
shares, etc.

"decentralized" Cheesy

The exactly same feeling makes me the same smile Cheesy .
The way of Byteball distribution and operation  is far away from "decentralized", while the supporters are advocating the features.
I don't think the wise whales will kick in before it comes to be decentralized.

What is decentralized for you?
Can you give an example of decentralized distribution and operation?

What BYTEBALL should do right now to be more "decentralized" and win your sympathy?

Well, not really, I think Smiley. jwinterm is actually merely stating a fact, that doesn't necessarily mean they don't agree with the rest of your comment:

I also want to point out that everybody can hide Smiley regardless of how much info is publicly known about them.

The referral bonus is paid to the one who provided the Bytes that the new users spend for the attestation. If the user had bytes inbhus wallet, and those were spent during attestation, the reward will get paid to whomever sent those bytes to the user.

In the coming months we are excited to share our plans for the integration of global sports, e-sports, crypto products, and daily fantasy. As well as efforts to partner with liquidity providers Grin.

Cryptocurrency Liquidity for Forex Brokers: Exchanges Vs Liquidity Providers
A review of what options forex brokers have to tap into liquidity for cryptocurrencies.

Leverage
Most crypto exchanges are not leveraged. If they are, it’s through a system of borrowing that involves payment of interests, which gets pretty complex. Broker crypto LPs can offer higher leverage (as high as 20:1) by either acting as market makers or posing higher margin with crypto exchanges. This allows you to post less margin and gives your clients a more attractive offering.

Commission/costs
By working directly with an exchange there is one fewer party involved in the equation. This can sometimes reduce commissions. In most cases the exchanges will charge 20-30 basis points (0.20-0.30%) per trade per side while LPs will charge 25-50 (.25-.50%) basis points per side. A couple things to keep in in mind however are:
**   Broker LPs may be aggregating multiple exchanges which will reduce the spread.
**   Some broker LPs will no commission at all as they will generate revenue from their market making operations.

Market Depth
One single exchange typically doesn’t have huge market depth, especially if you add leverage into the mix. In order to combat that, brokers may want to aggregate multiple exchanges and that requires technology that most brokers don’t have yet. Because crypto LPs typically aggregate multiple exchanges, there will be more market depth with the broker’s access to multiple venues.

Amazing! Tradetheodds.io found Byteball as one of the most appropriate blockchain-based platforms for its services.
Byteball was chosen due to its DAG, no blocksize, etc.
Congratulations, Byteball community because in the future liquidity of Byteball will rise a bit with Tradetheodds.io.

Cheap-ness is subjective... but jwinterm's comment is objectively correct on every point.

All the marketing strategies don't seem to bring any positive outlook or any positive value to the coin. In case of crisis when btc has dropped almost 20%. Bytebal has dropped even more not only in USD but in btc value as well.

On the opposite site Steem is doing much better, I.e its fiat price will go down with plunge in btc but it is at least maintaining its btc value.

The fact is most of altcoins down in the last few days, so I don't see it's unreasonable when Byteball fell gradually in the same pattern.
Several weeks ago, Byteball surpassed 0.034 BTC for each GBYTE. Personally, it maybe due to positive effects of Byteball signature campaign, one of marketting efforts from Byteball team.
In the previous pages, there are lots of users blamed on campaign's receivers by their dumping activities after gettting payments. However, I don't agree with the idea, campaign participants accounts for very small proportions of Byteball holders, hence it's unreasonable to blame on them.

It's better rather than going down when all other coin prices are going up.

Agree. Aside from getting small proportions, not all participants are selling their GBYTES right away.

Me too. I am hodling all my coins which I got from Byteball campaigns.
It's naive to sell Byteball at current extremely low prices.
I will keep my rewarded coins tightly till its hit $400 at least.

Byteball hitting $400 is an over estimate it has a very huge supply, i know the tech is good and devs are working hard to improve it.

Quit posting bullshit for your signature campaign. Byteball is among the top 100 with the smallest total supply

Unbelievable. At such high price, Byteball participants will become crypto millionaires someday, when Byteball surpass $10k

Nothing impossible, especially in the crypto market, bro.
It's reachable target for Byteball.
Let's take Ripple XRP as a case study. The coin has huge supply and can hit high price, so why Byteball can not hit $400?
Actually many coin price can increase significantly because cryptocurrency adoption is still in early phase, but not all coin can be like  byteball, I think this because this project is very good. And many people know about this.
