I got one question. Since there is no mining, how can someone earn tokens easily?
Which Free distribution method listed in the OP are you not finding easy to implement?

Are there any other developers officially on the Byteball team or is this still a one man show?

Yes there are. Last time I checked (which was a very long time ago), there were two more developers.
What that means is now BYTEBALL uncertain in pengang by which development team, I see it seems currently BYTEBALL mutually replace the team of developers.

Yes there are. Last time I checked (which was a very long time ago), there were two more developers.

The easiest way to find out how many programmers are actively programming is checking the Github repository. 20 people have contributed code so far. Some are less or more active but there is around one dozen developers which are contributing regularly. Check out here https://github.com/byteball/byteball/graphs/contributors

4. Following your instructions I could actually get the destination address to appear in the field where you usually would get it by the way of the drop down menu, but as I've clicked send I've got the mistake: "Impossible to send the payment: precommit callback failed: [a string of text]: conflicting spend proof in inner unit [a string of text]"

Sounds like the "bytes" you have are possibly not valid... due to being used in another transaction. Not sure if it's referring to the "normal" bytes or the "blackbytes".

So, do you know if you are trying to send blackbytes that are no longer available? Did you at some point restore from an old backup or have the same wallet (same seed) running on more than one device or anything that you think could have somehow corrupted one or both the wallets?

In fact I have made a little mess, after your comment I've realized it, the wallet with the blackbytes to be transferred I have just discovered was an old FULL node wallet which I've opened with a light wallet app just by renaming the data folders - it's quite logic it wouldn't work I guess. To get it work I suppose I should restore an old backup. Well, this would be good news, it means no bugs in Byteball wallet and some bugs just in my mind Smiley

sell more than buy?

because sellers can't find a buyers at this price and are not yet ready to sell at the lower price
or buyers can't find a sellers at this price and are not yet ready to buy at the higher price
or all who wanted to sell have already sold, and all who wanted to buy already bought

such a big coin.
not really big, there only 15btc in buy orders. If you have 100 btc in this coin, unlikely you will get even 1/2 after the dump. Very little coin, not big

It's literally THREE posts above yours... Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

They are having some API issues with the WCG site due to the GDPR going into effect from May 25th... Basically, they can't get a list of the work done by the team members, so they can't pay rewards. Once that gets sorted out, they'll be able to backpay for all the work done.

Does anyone read anymore?

Don't hesitate if you still have issues.

Can you please give some details about what you exactly did? (If the issue is with buying GBB, maybe the maintainer of the bot you are using to buy could help.)

!!!ATTENTION - STUDENTS AT USB!!!

After the byteball.org domain was blacklisted by the mailserver at Universidad Simòn Bolìvar, there has been a meeting with representatives from FCEUSB, the university management and the IT department.

Due to unfortunate events, we have been asked to remove the usb.ve domain from the white list of the email attestation bot.

It will no longer be possible to receive attestation rewards or referral rewards for email-accounts on the usb.ve domain.
We are truly sorry about it, but Byteball cannot risk causing any harm to individuals or IT-systems.
The whitelisting has been removed now as requested by University officials.

Any questions regarding this can be directed to FCEUSB.

This does not in any way affect the Use-a-Thon

Hi my friend, thank for the update, we really appreciate it.
The communist came to stop the party. Keep going, and free Venezuela. Give them a real currency.

You have a few more universities to go.

Can both of you give me more detailed explanations about what are current problems of Byteball with communist, and why Byteball domain has been blacklisted? And where are places of those bad blacklisted events?
Thanks all for your answers.

This has absolutely nothing to do with politics and proposing it has is ridiculous. Any decent spam filter seeing 5000+ almost identical emails from one sender to recipients on one domain would be triggered, causing a blacklisting.

As to why the IT department has chosen not to remove Byteball.org from the servers blacklist, I would have to refer you to the Student Council (FCEUSB) who together with the dean's secretary met with representatives of the IT department. They will be able to explain the reason for their request of having usb.ve domain removed from the email attestation bot's white list of domains eligible for rewards.

As already stated, Byteball has absolutely no intentions of causing any harm or problems to neither individuals or systems.
