how can i to send GBYTE to bitrrex when doesnt working QR scanning wallets address on bittrex? any help? just manually write? blah

Three steps:

1. on bittrex.com, click on COPY next to your deposit address
2. go to http://goqr.me/, write 'byteball:' into the text field and paste your address right after that
3. scan the qr code shown on the right with your wallet to send Bytes to Bittrex

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Something different, hold on.

Thanks to Byteball Community member Fabien who has released the beta of Byteball.js.

Byteball.js is a JavaScript library that allows you to interact with a Byteball node. It was designed to work both in the browser and in Node.js:

I dont know why but I beleive that this work has come up pretty late.
The coin is next to dead now and i wont be surpised if the price sinks down 50x times now.
A new pathbreaking tieup or a different innovation is required for adoption of byteball by masses.

Does anyone know the captain of WCG's Byteball team named Papabyte?

There starts the WCG's Thor Callenge on the end of September. We are currently the 13th best team of all teams in terms of daily run time. So we have really good chances to get into the top ranks.

To participate on the callenge, the team leaders need to accept the invitation which they receive via email. I figured out that our team leader has not opt-in receiving emails on the WCG team page, so s(he) is probably not aware of the callenge.

Hey Guys,
New to the community here, two quick questions:

1. Is there a SECURE paper wallet generator for main net (or will there be?).
2. Besides the seed, what else do you need to back up to create a back up? And how/where do you do it?

Thank you,
    Pablo.

There is no paper wallet generator yet.
The seed is not enough because blackbytes are stored only on your devices, not in the public database.
For both backup and security, set up multisig wallet with redundancy, 2-of-3 is best if you have 3 devices on platforms that we support.

Hey,
Thanks for getting back. Just to be clear, if I do not have any black byte TX's the seed is enough to back up all my regular TX's from device to device?
It would be enough if we had an easy way to import the seed.

Quote
Am I understanding correctly that in the case of blackbytes your solution is to have redundant access?
Correct.

Quote
Final question: Do you plan to have a marketplace by the December 25th launch, or will trades be OTC? I am interested in acquiring some if possible but I do not invest in BTC, only altcoins,.
About exchanges, not clear yet.  I'll announce if there are any confirmed agreements with exchanges.

Thanks for helping me out.

So currently how would you import the seed? Is it hard or impossible? I am trying to gauge how to secure my investment on release as I am not convinced by the redundant access theory TBH. A secure paper wallet generator would really solve most of my issues.

Thank you for you time Smiley.

Pablo.

It is possible but rather involved.
One way to restore from the seed is by installing the headless wallet https://github.com/byteball/headless-byteball.  It stores the seed in a file keys.json in its data directory.  Run the wallet once to see the format of the file (it'll generate new keys the first time it runs), then delete all data and recreate keys.json from your saved seed.  It should see the balance, then you can move the entire balance from the headless to a GUI wallet via chat commands.

Hello Mr. Tony. It's been a while since you posted this, but I am having a similar issue to the OP; I have two questions:

Since this case, has the GUI version changed to include the seed being written to keys.json in the main directory? Does this need to be done with the headless wallet?

I am trying to install this on a Mac, but I can't find node.js anywhere; am I missing something? Your help would be great, Restore-from-seed option is giving me pesky error "NO ACTIVE ADDRESSES FOUND". :|

the problem i see here is that a lot of domains are "protected" with a service like WhoisGuard. In all these cases the bot cant work i think.
Have you thought about this problem?

Yes agree, WhoisGuard and anonym domains cant use this service!
With normal domains like http://nicesmile.dk, i think it works wonderful.

I think Tony should burn the remaining undistributed bytes.
I don't agree. Look at Stellar Lumens for example, another coin I received through airdrops. I got them around the same time as the Byteball airdrops, and both coins had about the same market cap.
Stellar went up, Byteball went down. Stellar's market cap is now almost 100 times larger than Byteball's market cap, while less than 20% of all XLM has been distributed.

All Byteball needs to do is "catch on", and it can easily go 100x or more. But since I've been hoping for that, only the opposite has happened.
Undistributed funds that can be used for promotions are still an edge.

Totally agree on this. And I would add that there is nothing worst than taking decisions ONLY based on the purpose of rising the price of a coin. Nothing worse, I repeat. By definition they would be destined to fail and they would only harm a good project. Of course, before failing, they would possibly give a good pretext for a pump&dump scheme where the people who pushed for the "change" would immediately dump their now "precious" coins on the rest of the community.

Undistributed funds that are used wisely for promotions can provide an edge. Unfortunately, any and all of the bytes which are distributed in promotions end up immediately on exchanges. Such dumping of Bytes makes the price depressed and nobody wants to hold/accept a coin which steadily depreciates.

That is one of the biggest industries and is on expansion day by day where use case of GByte is very strong. If online gaming industry's fraction is captured that alone is sufficient. This morning I was looking at price and came to know about the article covering online gaming and smart contracts it is huge if implements right way. I do agree it is real use case for GByte.
