poll rule question

I have searched for an answer but did not find the answer. in case I missed it please point me to the answer. thx in advance

my question:

lets say I do a poll for example with 5 options and  Maximum votes per user = 3

would the user be allowed to vote 3 times the same option? ( I don't want that to happen)

No. It just means that they can pick up to 3 options, if they wish. The selection becomes the square boxes instead of the circles, and each box can only be selected once. It would be stupid if a user could vote 3 times for the same option.

thx for explaining and thats what I thought that it would be stupid to let users vote more than once the same option. I just wanted to be sure

the reason is that I saw some polls for example for best casino and user can only vote once and this does not make sense to me cause players in general have more than one casino they like to go and play

Polls here are practically useless because of bought/sold/farmed accounts. If you are looking for an accurate sampling, it ain't here.
