Yes you could able to claim bonus bitcoin in every level up on each tier and you are wrong those numbers are not indicating on btc but mbtc. Vip 1 = 1 mbtc bonus and so on as you can see on the table or information posted.Sorry for the confusion since I didn't put mbtc symbol on the example given.

Hey ... you are confused :  those values are in mbtc, not in btc!

For example:
for VIP1 (after you wager 100 mbtc) you get a bonus of 1 mbtc
for VIP4 (after you wager 5 btc) you get a bonus of 50 mbtc

From VIP1 to VIP5 the bonus is in mbtc.

First of all, our chat moderators are working pretty hard to prevent spam and foreign language talking in the chat, if you have seen people talking Russian, then you were probably talking on the Russian chat room, and not on the international one, which are completely two different chats.

About the faucet thing, you are able to receive 0.025mBTC every single hour, it is not a "nice way to write it", our site is mainly based on mBTC currency, so our faucet also gives out at mBTC.
If you clicked on the gift button and you haven't received the faucet, it is probably mean that you have already claimed the faucet at the last hour, you should make sure that you haven't, so you will be able to claim again.
