License or not as long it does pay and theres no scam accusation then i would say its just fine. There are instances on which even license casino goes to scam and i would like to say that most of gambling sites in the market doesnt show their licenses which means it doesnt really matter at all as long the players or people who do play are satisfied on the fairness on the site.

Having a gambling license doesn't make a gambling site admin immune from running away with players money, anything could happen, do you know how many bitcoin casino there are out there which doesn't have the gambling license.

As long as the site admin always payout the players winnings and the bonus prizes won, the site is consider legit because players can always rest assured they would get the money they won and not worry about getting denied or delay in withdrawal.

And by the way, Bitstarz does have a lot of issue about players withdrawing their winnings, you can find a lot of their thread on this forum stated by different players that their winnings are being denied by the terms and conditions. I do not wish to make this into a long debate, and I am not attacking Bitstarz.

Dont accuse without any strong evidences because you dont know how many active players do play on Bitdouble. Why you cant just try to visit the site so that you can see it for yourself regarding on the activity of each players? Bitdouble is legit and theres no shady activity have been done by its admins.
