I can say that Bitdouble is a reliable site, there is no significant issues since the first time they came to this industry. What do you mean by refund? I cant understand it to be honest, are you referring to withdrawal? As the word refund is usually being used to ask for money that you have lost. If you are referring to this case, sure there is no refund at all. No sites will give you refund of your lost money while gambling. Unless there is something unexpected such as a glitch that make you lose while you should win.
