We, users, do not care.
If you as admin can't handle a faucet equally for everyone then don't open it or open a
fair generator such as donaldcoin ;cetobeto, shamascoin.
Or do something else, grow some flowers for sale, sports betting, grow rare cats race to sell , sell antiques , post some selfies on facebook for fans and monetize your page
..etc.
Unfortunatelly nowadays every greedy and lazy kid owns a faucet or a PTC or a HYIP website
