According to the rule, it is allowed, this forum is not a casino, why not allow multi-account?

I dont think there is any specific rule which bans a user to create multiple accounts from one ip/device as long as you are not making wrong use of them,try to scam people or just spamming around this forum.Then you can get banned.
Also signature campaign also dont accept users who have strict rules,that users with multiple accounts cannot join those campaigns.
