I am not particular about the web design, faucet and bot of a dice site. The most important thing to me is the chat and the deposit/withdrawal.
It would be good to have a active chat as it will encourage more users to gamble. Deposit/withdraw is one that will destroy the confidence of the users if there are delays in either of these.

Yes the fair system has to be good otherwise the website is worth nothing in my eyes, if it does not have this you can already say bye to your gambling website for sure.

To me it does not matter that much but I have to say that the design is the most important because if you come with a ugly design people will think that this guy who created the site is not trust able.
If you come with a nice and user friendly site people will think different.

The important things I would consider in a good dice site are:
1.Fairness and verification of past bets(also to show upto 200 past bets)
2.The users. Minimum of 750 users are a must for me trust a website. I would frequently see their chats to see if they are bots or not.
3.The autobet settings. The better the options, easier to play there
4.The activeness of support, mods and the admin. Those to reply fast are reliable
5.Other factors are the chance % range, the speed of bets, the faucets, the deposit confirmations required, withdraw fees, the coins allowed to play with etc.

All of these are equally important but the most important to me is the proven fairness and standing by it not proving its fair but not a slight availability of it... If I will lose, I want to lose in a fair way...
