You are going to hire them to make bitcoin exchange platform? i have actually never checked them before, just checked after you ask about them. Looking at their protfolio and some screenshots they seem to actually good at creating exchange platform but checked some of their clients, no any of them are recognized one. They also don't have protfolio of other types of work they do, but i think you can give them a try.

Indeed their portfolio isnt active at all. Checking their customers none of them got their website completed.

When i visited their site, one of their support guy contacted me and asked for what i need. I think their support is responsive, i have also asked for price quote will see how they deal with customers, but i think better not to do full payment before they deliver what you need.

My advice, don't pay upfront and especially not with bitcoin. I checked it with scam adviser http://www.scamadviser.com/check-website/bitdeal.net . It's new, not even a year yet. Hosted at U.S. but owner is from India.
* Personally, I wouldn't use them. Never heard of them, I just checked. Also, the wrong grammar/spelling is a letdown.
  (Especially since they're offering a service/expect payment, they couldn't even use a free grammar/spell check app. Urgh.)

I have never heard about them but since this is a forum with lots of experienced people that are willing to help, for sure you will find someone respond to yo with good answer very soon, just keep calm and you will get the right answer to your questions.
