I thought it might be neat to go around and share how much we all pay for electricity (or the equivalent at a hoster facility, etc)

I'll start:

11.0 cents / kWh    (Washington state)
We get about the same here. I hear electricity in Russia is very cheap though. Sounds like a great place to setup mining.

At my place it seems to cost higher. Electricity bill went higher when I started using GPU to mine last year . So I just decided to trade instead of mining.

Mining here in our place is not ideal since our electricity cost here is so huge and if we insist to mine well we might gonna lost our capital but im thinking upon using solar power for mining but im collecting some data's on it if by using it i can truly get some profits or i will still lose for its mentainance cost. My heads totally shakin of for this or maybe i should leave the thoughts on mining or move on another idea's to earn.

Here in my country (Philippines), I averaged between $75 to $125 per month in electricity consumption. I would really think this could go higher when I start mine bitcoins using my computer and old laptop. I have aircon and electric fan, so the temperature can cope up with the mining at the expense of increased electricity bill.

You wouldn't want to mine bitcoins on a computer or laptop, maybe you meant altcoins?

I'm paying $0.09879 per kWh in California, about $1,300 per year per Antminer S9

That electric bill is too much high , If you put a mining rig the bill will surely pump up more higher than average. Solar panel could be a great help but you need investment for it because it is not cheap. Imagine if you have a solar panel and a mining rig the bitcoins will just enter but investment is needed in it.

In the Philippines, I'm paying $0.19 per kWh on my latest bill.  It's gone down;  it used to be like $0.25 per kWh in the past.

Still too expensive to mine here, though.

1375*86400*365.25/3600000*0.09879 = $1190.7405675/year if it stays on 24/7

$ 0.00  Grin Here in kashmir we have to pay ₹50 or $0.5 for a month towards local authorities and they let us use free electricity actually it's stealing of electricity but Here it's the authority who let us to steal and it's very easy.
I'm from Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. We don't enjoy 24 hours electricity but we enjoy 20 hours/day of electricity. Usually their is power cut of 1-3 hours a day but in winters their is power cut of 6-8 hours a day. Winter starts from December to February
