Tricky question. I tried mining with nicehash and going by the numbers in their profitability calculator. However the actual electricity I paid for was more than what I expected. Here in PH we have really expensive electricity si that might be it.

I thought it might be neat to go around and share how much we all pay for electricity (or the equivalent at a hoster facility, etc)

I'll start:

11.0 cents / kWh    (Washington state)
I pay around 15,000 INR (India) per month. This cost increases as the miner rate increase.

Our electricity bill sometimes costs 5k which is around a hundred dollar if converted to USD. It's really expensive because we have appliances such as the AC that charges a very huge amount. Though I'm not the one paying, I just know that it is a pain in the pockets everytime my mom/dad pays for it.

In Central Europe, the price is 0.114 Eur / kWh. So far, only 10 Euro per year is spent on the server.

Well am not into mining, but I have a friend who is mining bitcoin and he is paying very high electricity bill.
As at the last time he paid the bill was around ten thousands naira my local currency which is about 30$ in dollars equivalent, mining is quite expensive to run in this part of the world due to poor power supply and the high rate of electricity charges.

My electricity bill here in my country is not stable or fixed. It matters on my gadget and appliances being used. Sometimes i did not used some of my appliances to save electricity. Sometime i paid almost 5 US Dollars a month.

Well I thought I paid 8 cents a kwh, but if you are like me and a part of a coop, rates mean nothing. I once got hit during the winter when rates were .06/kwh and they charged .18kwh due to lots high demand of energy by customers (winter and christmas, people using heaters and lights). So most of the time .8 but I never really know.
