That's not cheap dude. Normal rate for per 10k hitleap minutes is $0.50. I usually purchase minutes between $0.5 to $0.6 per 10k minutes based on the availability
You can easily find many sellers selling minutes at such rate. And if you decide to purchase many minutes like 1+ Million then the price can go down up to $0.30 per 10k
