Yes actually you have to test with another account and keep 25 btc as site bankroll to try this. In second picture it is clearly stated that the ratio between available wallet balance (site bankroll) to max bet size. You can lower or increase that ratio according to bankroll you have.

Is this a open source? I was thinking to make a gamble thing instad of just a faucet.. looks nice!
           
Like said before, your "problem" is on bankroll/max bet ratio.. you can lower the ratio or have a bigger bankroll..

no that dice script is very expensive if you buy it from the dev, you can find cheap copies around but i wouldn't trust them.
even the one from the dev needs alot of modifications to make it safe and secure.
