Also wondering if I can add USA games as my psn account is French or will that be a problem?

You can either buy cracked accounts or create a US psn account and purchase US psn codes and then buy the games that. Due to the exchange rate that tends to be cheaper than buying them for your main account.

Thanks for the info, but I'm not willing to create a us psn account to save 10% on the games I get, too much hassle

My cousin which reside in a country nearby in Europe-Greece to be precise always buys the games of PS4 from ebay. He buys the games from accounts which are being sold legitimately through ebay with very cheap price. With this account if you don't change the password you are good to use this account for as long as you like.
