help!!

i'm trying to upload a pic, and it works, but after i click SAVE it doesn't upload it, and I cant even upload it using a link: http://i46.tinypic.com/b6amb4.jpg

Make sure the image is a square and small (around 200x200 max), upload it, then clear your cache.
