Wasn't able to find a US version, but i'm assuming he just bought the device with a modified 32GB RAM and a 4GB GTX980M or he just added 16gb to an original 16GB.
Either way, it's a Alienware 17 R3 that's pretty upgraded and should be able to play most games at high settings, but won't perform as well as some of the new 10-series GPUs.
