is just me or any one else having problem with them i was about to trasfere 6 btc to ther but after i read some bad things i tested with 5 bucks but after i see on my account pannel

but my btc balance remains 0 and im preaty sure wasnt 0 last time i used them tank god i send only 5 bucks
E-coin.io may have some technical issues from time to time but they are not scammers (and I'm speaking from experience), you could also check the scam accusation section and you won't find anything .
If It says deposit successed then the funds should be available (unless your transaction didn't get 3 confirmations yet) , If you have everything I mentioned then you should try contact their support or post here :
