Just look around. If anyone wants to sell their Xbox, they will make a topic about it. 0.2 Bitcoins is way too low of a price.

just chek in online electronic stores that accepts bitcoins as payment, and  i alsothink that 0.2 btc is too low to buy new or eevn used xbox one, or you will have no games at all

Hey dude, you can get things little more cheaper with BTC in some places (like purse.io), but it's not a miracle... you can't get anywhere an Xbox One for ~U$83. No way man... if you find that... please tell me the source, I'll buy at least 10 units.
