CASINO WEBSITE
I was in the middle of a session of blackjack when suddenly I get kicked off/booted off the site. I try re-logging several times with no luck. I proceed to start a chat session with a customer service rep. She asked me what my username for the account and I give it to her, she replies with telling me that their system does not recognize it. I then proceed to give her my email address, wallet info and previous transaction I had made. They responded with saying that they have no record of my username, email address or transaction I ever made. I end up giving them detail wallet info and blockchain info. They come back and tell me that my account was hacked, that my username and password were changed and my full balance had been withdrawn. They tell me that my account will be restored but they will be unable to restore my full balance.
PLEASE HELP!!!
Please be aware of this, and you're titled. because all of that is no caused by the fortune jack's fault and maybe you need to realize about yourself and checking if your PC is infected by a virus or not because the is will have possibilities for stealing your account data. and like the quote from fortune jack's neochiny's mentioned. that's right caused by your amount is already stealing by someone and fortune hack is not having a responsibility for restoring your amount because that is not a fortune jack's fault, maybe will better trying for checking all of your device or remembering if you every giving your data for someone.

This is what they responded with:

Hello,

We have been informed that you had an issue with account access. The email in our system is different from the one you are providing. The request on change of the email () was sent to technical team however before its confirmation the email was already changed to the one you are writing to us now (). Please let me inform you that if the withdrawal was made from your account it is totally your responsibility, because the details of your account are known just to you. The last withdrawal  of 3.11011587 BTC  from wallet ID  was made on 2016-09-11 10:46:19  to wallet ID from IP-85.

Based on the information that we have, we are not able to prove that the withdrawal was not made by the owner of the account. This is the reason why we do not make a refund in similar cases. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to reach us back

If it's real and you really lost your money, well, that's sad.
What's your next move? Do you will talk to the police or something like that? Keep us uptodate, so other people can use your case as a reference in the future.
And well, try to use some antivirus on your computer because if they stolen your password from fortunejack, they can stolen more things.

What does this mean exactly? Is their system showing the withdrawal was made from the same IP as yours? How about the wallet address? You don't have 2fa? Sorry, I can't really help. Maybe you could ask for advice from the Trusted members/staff/mods, send them a pm. I don't know.

Is that support email verbatim? The English is questionable in a few places. This smells of a phishing site or a man in the middle type of attack. And what's their definition of an account hack?

FortuneJack.com has stated to me the following:

"Thank you for contacting FortuneJack's support service, it is impossible to change username at FortuneJack."

I challenge Fortunejack.com to explain to me how my username/password were changed?!?!?

You should include information about where the funds went to ie this transaction https://blockchain.info/tx/c5da545bb7c519f31c720df62f58ce570f8d74d39b0d4c59ea93b56370fc5083 BTC 3.11011587 ( $ 1,934.49 ) went from the Wallet FortuneJack.com https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/FortuneJack.com/addresses to 1A3DcFPYvqc3WxS1mKfNbPNWqvtEXhEJgZ which was then the same day posted in the scam accusation against Tittiez here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1614103.msg16229817#msg16229817 and originally here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1596878.msg16214716#msg16214716

http://archive.is/UKVy4#selection-5663.0-5682.11

Loan Amount: 0.05
Reason: Private stuff
BTC Address: 1A3DcFPYvqc3WxS1mKfNbPNWqvtEXhEJgZ
Length: Until 09/18/16
Collateral: Campaign/Bitcointalk Account
Note: If I'm not able to payback my loan, you are the new owner of this account.

The timing is interesting as the withdrawal from FortuneJack precedes the loan request by nearly three / four hours (depending on daylight savings factors)

The funds get forwarded a handful of times until the main bulk land in the wallet 14nfo55ZiRzSgGU5B3KWP5uYBEmokEmEm8 which is the Wallet Address francisdean https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=401290 uses to scam bitcoin revo a little over 24 hours ago francisdean: scammed me of $20 bitcoin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1620695.0

Just in the last few hours the Wallet Address 14nfo55ZiRzSgGU5B3KWP5uYBEmokEmEm8 has been the recipient of funds taken from the user UstaUser https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=900554 in the discussion here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=774929.msg16300617#msg16300617 who like yourself has registered here on the BitCoin Talk dot org forum wholly and solely to report their funds have been taken from a Fortune Jack account.

So it looks certain that Tittiez u=51152 is an Alt of francisdean u=401290 with Wallet Addresses

*edit* francisdean 's account was hacked and now recovered, so it was while hacked that the scam of bitcoin revo occurred...

Code:
14nfo55ZiRzSgGU5B3KWP5uYBEmokEmEm8 part of Wallet [2c78a5dfd8]
1A3DcFPYvqc3WxS1mKfNbPNWqvtEXhEJgZ part of Wallet [01360ce433]

Which is all well and good, but how did you know *exactly* how much funds had been withdrawn if you were locked out of your account?

After proving to them that my account was hacked FJ restored my account. I was then able to look at my transaction history to see the amount that was withdrawn
