This account was blocked for multi-accounting and promotion abuse.  In your ticket it was explained to you in detail.  Did you not receive your ticket response?  You still have access to the website as you know and there are no funds in this account.

That is a bad way to detect alt accounts. Currently, I'm using Random Agent Spoofer (Firefox plugin) that disguises my parameters (any site would see a generic Firefox 51 running on Windows 10, which isn't what I'm running). You shouldn't penalize people who use programs to protect their identity online. (If I didn't use it, I would probably be easily identified as the chance of someone using the exact same plugins as me is very low)

Good feedback.  It's just one of the factors used in determining alt accounts.  There are other obvious and not so obvious factors that we use as well.  Unfortunately, it is  not an exact science and people are very innovative in their approach, but we will continue to improve and refine.  Thanks.

While I do agree that certainly every successful business will attract haters, I would avoid doing business with any of them that are proud of it. As I know if I had any legitimate grievance, it'd be pretty easily to just dismiss me as a hater.

And for what it's worth, companies that have a track record of being proud of being hated haven't lasted very long. I remember dadice continually boasting that the haters and controversy was great for it's business. It even stole money from some of its fauceting players to fan the flames of controversy. While maybe it temporarily increased their hit count, they didn't last very long..

Have a read through the article again as it points out legitimate grievances and concerns should be addressed.  We also listen to everything and make adjustments and improvements accordingly.  We know we have a long way to go but we have come a long way and we are continually improving and appreciate all of the constructive feedback.  We know it's a part of business and will always be.  When you have people that dedicate time in their day to your business everyday there is something special there and we are thankful.
