To activate promos or bonuses do I need to contact support first?
Was about to deposit but wanted to make sure and asked chat support for the run down. They told me I needed to contact some one before and this seems like a bit of run around if you wanted to play right away,which I did.
So how can I speed this up or make it automatic when I deposit? There has to be a better way of doing this,what am I missing!

After the most recent update, I'm not seeing any way to access my wallet from the website.  I used to be able to click my balance on the upper right hand corner of the screen and it would take me right to my wallet, but that balance isn't there anymore.  Likewise, under my profile picture there's no "wallet" link like there used to be.

Not sure why they changed it, maybe it was an oversight of the update. It was definitely more convenient when Wallet/Dashboard was in the drop down menu. The way they have it now is kind of annoying, tbh.

The table starter is being structured to be activated during certain promotional periods and for certain VIP levels.  Though there is no time table on the return, the table starter will return for certain promotions.

Hi Beefheart and everyone, please be informed that the Winning Poker network support all standard versions of Microsoft Windows from Windows 7 onwards. We will not be supporting XP nor Vista anymore. Thank you we hope this answers your question as you didn't mention what operating system but that is the error given for previous versions of Windows.

Hi casinobonusgiveaway, it was a tough tournament that's for sure, but it didn't last 20 hours.  The status that you reference is how long ago the tournament finished when hat image was taken.  Now if you were to go to the lobby you would see it says (3 days).  This tournament lasted a few hours.  Thank you for your comment.
