Literally every Bitcoin gambling site says they are #1. What makes you special? What makes betcoin.ag stand out from all of the others?

UsernameBitcoin, thanks for the great question. There are a few things that set us apart from some of the other sites. We have very fast withdrawls, with no limit to amount or frequency and no minimum. We have great customer service around the clock, including 24 hour live chat. Our casino offerings include several provably fair games. Our new sportsbook is very user friendly and has some of the quickest payouts around. Our poker cash game traffic level is very strong and our tournaments have the highest guarantees of any US friendly site. Also, we have one of the top VIP programs in the game, where you can earn up to 50% rakeback in poker and 8.25% lossback in casino games. There are many great online casinos, some of which offer some of the great benefits we do, but for the most part once players try Betcoin, they don't look back.

Please come experience www.Betcoin.ag for yourself as well.  We would love to have you!

First of all, id like to say that I have enjoyed playing on the site betcoin.ag for quite a while, but I got some issues atm and i badly need someone to look at my ticket to solve multiple issues.

It seems like you are represent betcoin.ag here at bitcointalk, I have made a ticket at betcoin.ag and contacted the 24 hour live support 3 times plus lastly sent an email, 1st time I was told to wait 24 hours for the review (fair enough), 2nd time I was told it would take several hours more (fair) after several hours I contacted the 3rd time and the live chat support person told me that he/she would pass on the message to the management. and last I sent an email to contact@betcoin.ag (got the mail from the site), just to ask them to review my ticket, obviously things takes time. But im feeling anxious here since I havent got in touch with someone from betcoin.ag (lets exclude the 3x support).

I'll PM you directly the ticket # in a bit

sorry to contact you like this, but when a man is out of options- he will hunt down his bitcoins! Tongue

Sorry to hear you are having issues.  It is never necessary to send multiple tickets for the same issue. Some cases require additional investigation and therefore take longer.  Please let me know your issue or ticket number and I'll see what I can do.

Hey,

I made another ticket earlier today, asked to fix my 2FA auth instead (my original problem was cause of withdrawal issue, which ill explain a bit further down) cause I lost access to it. DING DING DING, I got an email roughly half an hour ago and the 2FA was disabled.

Just logged in, and cancelled my old withdrawal and made a new withdrawal and this time I remembered to confirm the email (crossing fingers for a quick process, but im all smile at the moment).

I admit that this process was partly my fault, but I have been really anxious cause when I tried to confirm a withdrawal mail from a while ago, I received a popup saying its confirmed, and that was two days before I made the first ticket (I also understand that some issues need an investigation, my main problem is there were no contact to me through my mail regarding the first ticket = stressing me out quite a bit).

I am quite happy that I got access to my account again, there are scammy sites out there (I AM stuck at another site, with lots of promises of fixing a withdrawal issue by them, and the amount there is less than what im going to withdraw from you guys).

I have enjoyed playing at betcoin.ag! Might use it again in the future.

Thanks for replying to my post here, but for now I wont be needing any help and just gonna let the process proceed as usual.

Though I might contact you if it takes too long haha

ps. deleted the other post cause I forgot to quote, Im not used to write on forums like this. and im freaking happy at the moment! CHEERS

Glad we could help!

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

When are you going to fix the timestamps in your site chat? I go on the chat and its 4pm and it says the chat is taking place at 9pm? It's confusing, small issue but should be easy to fix

I agree that it can be confusing. The issue is obviously the fact that everyone is in a different time zone. I believe we use UTC as the default timezone.

Why have you been posting xiaoxiaos affiliate link on reddit recently?

What made you do it?

Why are you making these thinly veiled "pro-betcoin" posts?

Pretty simple dude. I AM pro-betcoin. I was scammed for over 50btc by 2 bitcoin poker sites, swc and betcoin were not them. They've never scammed me in any way.

As for the other guy, please see this post

I know Vegan and was friends with him from 2p2 in the past.
He's simply helped me post my affiliate link before with his screenname sometimes to help me get some players and get some income, that's all.

FYI:

Last spring/summer, xiaoxiao informed the community that he had degenned away all of the rakeback that he had promised to pay his signups.

Initially, Betcoin said they had locked his account, and would be using the funds to make players whole.
Ultimately they didn't come through, and informed players that the rakeback deal was over and xiaoxiaos account would remain locked.

Here we are, about 7 months later, and I find that xiaoxiaos affiliate link is still being posted (by you).

So, my question: why are you posting xiaoxiaos link (which, according to Betcoin should not be valid) on reddit as recently as this week?

I know you're a smart guy (no sarcasm).  Please, explain what's going on.

I'm actually not smart. I'm a moron, I do stupid shit all the time...

However, there's nothing I can do about that. It sucks, but there's nothing I can do, he is a different person from me and those issues are with him. I posted his link because he asked me to, simple as that.

Do you think it's safe to assume that xiaoxiao is still getting paid his affiliate fees?

Do you see what I'm getting at here?
I don't know, honestly. All I know is he is working a "shitty job" and getting back on his feet, right now. Remember, I was in this same type of situation, took me multiple years to square up with everyone. I got out by paying off debts slowly at first, and then eventually the larger ones.

So this is an important:

Did xiao ask you specifically to post his affiliate link to help him out?

Specifically, when did he ask you?

1) Yes, obviously he is the one who asked me to post it.

2) A while ago, I don't know, exactly, I still grind for several hours each day and that's what occupies my main focus. Obviously, it was sometime before last week when I got around to doing it

I'm actually not smart. I'm a moron, I do stupid shit all the time...

Yeah you've def done a ton of stupid shit.

But I have no doubt that, unlike most, you have an incredibly good understanding of how poker works from a business perspective.  Up there with Stealthmunk.
Yeah, us degen screwups have a way of grouping together. Me and stealthmunk go way back.

Hey, you aren't going to steal the $800,000 that has been generated 100% by the players for the BBJ, right?

How are you planning on dispersing that?

From an offshore bank account into their grandchildren's trust funds imo. The BBJ is definitely a bad beat for the players.

Why haven't they announced that they're closing the poker room in the BitcoinTalk thread?  Maybe it's just a hoax? ---> Fake News?  I sure hope it's fake because poker is the only reason I play at betcoin.  It's been real, it's been nice, but I gotta go if all they'll be providing are the negative EV games.

How will you be dispersing the BBJ?  Seems like you only have 5 days left to pay those funds to players.

hope that you gave more details about the closing , was it forced by WPN or is it due the current network situation ??
more details are needed , as people above said what will happen with the BBJ ?? do you have a plan of how you are going to handle it ?
the jackpot was built by players so it should be given away for the players who contributed

waiting for more info....
