It will keep happening until all the desynced nodes get banned. Download the latest wallet, backup your wallet.dat and don't use addnodes. I'm currently running a node on the stable chain so you will connect to my node and sync to the correct chain.

How do you know that you are on the correct chain?

This is the correct chain, and it so happens to be one I'm currently synced to.

This was the correct chain yesterday, too, but as we saw today wasn't. The explorer also changed the chain last night.

I will download this and just see, I find it amazing that two chains were able to co-exist for so long and make 100s of block then go back. What determines which chain becomes the master and why did it take nearly 2 days .

EDIT: Trying to compile new wallet following INSTALL instructions don't work. An update of that file would be very appreciated. Also tried to launch the 0.12.1.5 eternityd from eternitycore-0.12.1-linux64.tar.gz. When I enter in the new folder created when decompress and type ./eternityd the server didn't start.

10/21/2017 will be posted compiled wallets version 0.12.1.6. This version is fully compatible with the version 0.12.1.5 and will not require additional settings. Who will compile the wallets himself, I ask to do it in the very near future. Who will remain on version 0.12.1.5 from October 24, 2017 may begin to have problems with synchronization.

Dev, I saw you made changes in the source. Are you going to provide compiled windows version. The download on your web is still the old one. Thanks.

Weird as I tested on a virgin mac (10.12) and it ran flawlessly. You can always install homebrew and install libboost (brew install boost) that should fix the problem.

Only ASIC is actual, i guess that CPU and GPU - waste time and power.
