He offline since almost month, and not respond me any via pm , any via email,
although in the last in reply(21th Aug) told that will keep me updated.

Many different things could have happened. Since ive been here i noticed that alot of users are here for a year-3 years and either lose interest in the forum, sell thier accounts, or got jobs and dont have the time to chill everyday.

I do think if theyre DT accts and are inactive then they need to be replaced with other trusted and active users(not applying btw). Im curious at the same time where he went but wont lose sleep over it

I not see problem that people (even from DT) leaves forum, temporarily or permanently.
In this particular case, I have personal interests, he owe me some money.

How much he owe you ? You need to made some proof like screenshot or txid

It's not scam accusation, therefore, I think my words is enough.
(In addition, it is a public loan, visible in my thread)
As I said already he not respond me via pm and email, a concern for me, as it was mentioned health problems.

Do you not read a post? Look at the bottom of the loan request in the link and it states loan has been repaid

Yeah yeah i read just missed the little edit at the bottom of the pgp message, last post by xetsr looks like he was requesting another loan.

I've traded  multiple times  with xetsr via pp and know his email, but as mentioned in op he not respond me.

All very true indeed - I had some six or seven months away from BitCoin Forum as well, thankfully none of the trolls came on to suggest the account were hacked or bought in that time (not the least of which my ongoing association with the people and Alt coins that I was mingling with before my break upon my return.)

It's only concerning when there are unresolved financial obligations that haven't been settled before a person becomes absent that it becomes noticeable and/or concerning.
