I think this is never going to happen becuase i think that the altcoin alaways will hold a higher value you know and other peopel also think that and bitcoin
will get high but not that high.

Altcoins will never be as strong as bitcoin. The strongest one is ethereum right now and it is connected to dialyser right now. It may blow up in every second. They once said Litecoin is silver and yet it is pretty much dead. Altcoins are not futureproof. Stay away from them.
Altcoins are just a tool used by people for speculation purposes. I also remember people were saying that BTC is Gold, and LTC is Silver, but that's still the case according to me. It shows as Litecoin has been holding its value nicely throughout this whole year. Well I am just treating alt coins that way either and that is just going to be used only for trading and if some other companies do accept alt coins. Then I guess they are just only few in the market because of the companies are referring to bitcoin. And besides if there is a pump with bitcoin. For sure there is going to be a pump with alt coins too. |

Bitcoin will never reach dollar parity. There is no reason why it would, it's just too high.
What are you talking about? Bitcoin Reached parity with US Dollar long time ago. To be more specific in February 2011. Would you rather mean bitcoin won't reach market cap of dollar as a currency - this might be true. It is a thing that people used to say. They were wrong too. |

It would have doubted this question the first time I read the topic. However, it seems very much possible to me now. This is not something that is likely to happen in the upcoming 3 years, but yes, I definitely think this will be possible in the long run

The bitcoin is used a lot and I think that it can be worth a lot in the future but 6000 dollar is way too much in my eyes.
I think its not possible and the same rule applies for the altcoins its simply not possible!

We have our own perspective on anything and you have a point though 6000 is too much but still theres a possibility that it would reach a certain amount because we wont know what would happen in the future but we should consider that reaching this highpoint would really need massive adoption the same on altcoins. |

I wish that the Bitcoin was at $6000 but we have not even reached the thousands yet so i do not know when we are going to reach $6000. I think that it is going to be along time like we are used to with Bitcoin and waiting. |

I wish that the Bitcoin was at $6000 but we have not even reached the thousands yet so i do not know when we are going to reach $6000. I think that it is going to be along time like we are used to with Bitcoin and waiting. Ive wondered for some time now. If bitcoin did eventually reach into the 1000s, lets say 10k. Would there be price swings of 100s of dollars a week or would it still be just a swing of around 10 or so dollars a week. If the price went completely crazy mayve it could vary by 1000 dollars on any given week. Or perhaps by then price would be extremely stable. |

for example the driving force for a bitcoin price rise is the adoption and the usage of it in the real world
but for altcoins since the driving force is the pump and dump and there is no real world usage, the prices can never go higher than $10-$15 range.

bitcoin has the potential to go up as high as $6000 and more if the situation in the future is better than now and the adoption has grown. but even if bitcoin goes to 1 million dollar there is still no reason for any of the altcoins to go up with it.
you can see the history of price, bitcoin has had many rises and falls in the past, so you can check the charts against the altcoin you have in mind and you can see obviously that there is no sure relationship between the two ever.

I strongly agree with you regarding on this matter which is the price is too unrealistic to consider because as we can see on bitcoins price its still having a hard time for it to pass even on $1000 mark again and the price increase is only on small amounts and gradually and we could somehow say that it would really take time for it to reach such high amount and it would really need also mass adoption. |

There's a posibility that bitcoin really hit that price in the future but if the bitcoin demand will increase and yes it is help of other altcoins thats why bitcoin will be increase into expensive one but as of now bitcoin price range at $629.9 so far (preev.com) rate i im wondering if after 5-10 years what would be the bitcoin price. |

I am not sure when the bitcoin is going to reach $6000 and if it is ever going to happen because we still have not reach the thousands in a while. Hopefully that we can reach something like that next year if possible. |

Nothing is for sure! That's the most important thing you should keep in mind. Have you seen how quick Bitcoin ran up in the last few bubbles? And how tiny is Bitcoin in it's market cap compared to all the other markets? When shit hits the fan, the money will have to go somewhere! And a small but significant amount could flood into Bitcoin which would push it's price to a completely new level! Try to grasp the bigger picture and you will realize what might be possible in the future.And that future isn't that far away as you might think. |
