in my country there are so few who are aware of bitcoin and from those few mostly they are using faucets to earn some dust from them and never go anywhere more than that. and the rest who know a little bit more they too are only using bitcoin as a way of making money only not seeing it as a currency.
there are so few places that i can sell my coins to local currency as the result of this.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

first let me give you my numbers which are only estimates.
0.1% use bitcoin and 10% know about bitcoin or let us say heard about bitcoin. the last number is also rising.
this shows two things to me. 1. it is still a long and hard road ahead. 2. there is a lot of potentail for growth and you are not to late to the party.
so i will make sure that both numbers are growing and i will do that by informing them good and keeping them informed and then let time do the work for me.

As for the statistic in my community, I think there are around thousands of people and only two of us knows cryptocurrency, I tried to introduce bitcoin bu they somehow don't know what i am talking about. As if they are listening to an alien language lol.  I tried to show them videos and the actual  application but well maybe it is not their interest.

There are less than 5% of those who know about Bitcoin in my community. At first I tried to explain to total strangers what Bitcoin is and how benefical could be its usage, but after a while I almost had stopped doing this because people don't want to listen about things they have no idea of.

Yeah that is a big problem at a moment, as whenever I try to explain them they never show any interest in knowing it and have a feeling that they will loose their money in long run.

No one knows about bitcoin in my community, family and friends circle. They use to ask me what am i doing full time online , that time i gave the details about my earning through bitcoin and some of my cousins have now started to get full details about bitcoin and started to work in this forum and now they are earning through their skill work as their account is new and they have to wait for some time to earn through signature campaign.

People around me are not tech savvy and have more faith in traditional system, so they feel that its risky to invest money in bitcoins and they prefer to stay away from it.

Unfortunately not many people in my community (family, friends,co workers) are interested in Bitcoin some of them are aware of it but they rejected it cause they think that this currency has no future and it is going to die in the next few years.I'm trying my best to inform them and make them understand what Bitcoin really is and the good news is that a friend recently started using it and made his first purchase, hopefully more will follow soon Cool
yes, i think that's their reason too.. Some knew about bitcoin but they are not interested. Maybe they dont know the deep meaning of bitcoin.

I think they must be finding it complicated at initial stage, but if we try to explain them in simple way then it may work and they may start doing their own research and start using it.

Well, I live in a small community that is prety oldfashioned do I don't think that many people are familiar with Bitcoin or even that they would be interested to learn more and get involved with it. In general, my estimation that maybe 2% of my near community is embracing Bitcoin. But in wider community, my country and especialy the capital the situation is better. ATMs are opening, Bitcoin meetings are organizes so things are getting better.

What do you mean by "small community"?

Family?Friends?Nobody knows anything about bitcoin in my family or my friends.

They aren`t very tech savvy and they won`t understand anything,if i try to explain the bitcoin/blockchain.

My family is aware about bitcoins as they see me working everyday on it, and I have explained them the basics of bitoins, but they are not interested in using it but they don't have any issue if I am using  it.

I agree explain it in a simple way and make them interested to them so that they will be curious about it and start learning it because if we do spoon feed then they will not know the importance of it. Explain it and it will make them interested to it.

No one except me, our social media demonizes bitcoin as ponzi scheme, multi-level marketing scam. I don't tell all of my friends I am a bitcoiner, or they would think me as a crazy criminal...  Yes, it is China. Bans bitcoins and defames bitcoin since 2013.

Think positive about bitcoin, than you know it is great and big thing, You know now a huge people are using the bitcoin for earning wise, someone use the bitcoin in investment and also in trading, big merchant and investors also use the bitcoin. It is big online currency, You can use it in anywhere and also transfer the amount in anywhere without any problem.
