if i had a lot of money, I probably going to open bitcoin casino because I think that the most profitable business in bitcoin is gambling, but in order to open the business i will need a lot of money and a great system and security, the other business that i would do is create a big e-commerce website like amazon but my site is going to use bitcoin as payment

This seems a working idea, as I have not heard the any physical casino with bitcoin payment acceptance.
Opening a online casino a is much easier than physical ones as there are a lot of regulations we need to follow for opening a physical casino. But it is highly dependent on your country. But when you are having lot of money, it really doesn't matter.

Casino well be a good idea but come to think of it do you think you can surpass easily those who exist and got more trust to the gamblers? Im sure that new site needs advertisement and the big question there really is your funds can sustain the advertisement for longer days? If not well i think the casino site plan will be bluff since it cannot get nor reach to the knowledge of people and surely many people would got some doubts to play in your site if it is unknown and got no reputation.

If I have to fund, I would like to create an online store that sells trending goods.  Having it set-up I would like to accept bitcoin as its principal payment method and offers different discounts to encourage them to use the currency.  Because I believe that discounted goods in the certain currency will attract them to use that money.

No, too many the competitors in this day and an in particular large of the market already owned by some of the more extensive exchanges and that is will be sued you to be more than the large site.

Most gambling sites that I know manage two wallets a hot wallet and cold wallet, about 90% of the bitcoins are stored in a hardware wallet that never goes online, the second wallet the hot wallet holds about 10% of the coins and is used to allow instant withdrawals for the users.

Never knew this but it sounds pretty logical and I think its a good method to hold the bitcoin on a safe way these days.

We would have a crypto-currency in game with the possibilite to exchange to BTCs and cashout. I would probably just merge the idea of a local exchange site and a blockchain wallet. My new service will allow you to withdraw your money to the bank and other types of remittances, top-up your phone, pay your bills, convert your bitcoin into your local currency wallet, all just like a local exchange site.

But in addition to all of these, you would also be allowed to know your private keys, sign a message, and import new private keys. If I do have the time, I would also add a feature to make your own vanity address.

I would probably open pet sitting business. The demand is rather high and Bitcoin related business doesn't necessary be related to something online. In fact, I think that more physical businesses who accept Bitcoin should be open.
Maybe also some funds raising society for abandoned and animals where donations could be made in Bitcoins.

I can even give my most "top secret" idea. I just won't be able to go into detail with it. It's the only idea that's truly been on my mind for the past while, This idea, is what I would actually like to say I did with my life if I can ever manage to do it.

What I would do if I had the funding and the proper social channels would be to test an ultra-flat, nearly upside-down business model that utilizes and leverages the open source movement and ideology to an extent I've never seen any business come close to. Right now I've only got the model worked out for digital products built a certain way, but after I manage to test and refine the idea, perhaps I could with other types of services and products to help the idea spread.

Too bad I'm not in a good enough financial spot to even work on the product I was working on to test this model, before a few other things went south in my life (financially.) Though, I'm determined to get back to work on it all, just as soon as I can manage to get my head back above water.

Many people in the open source movement think everything should be free, but there are clear examples of large projects that use the ".org" for open source and the ".com" to make money. I also have some original ideas on how to make profits from cooperative "open source energy".
