I think not, Paypal is a big company and have more than 5 Millions user's. If anyone can't access Paypal maybe they are not have valid data.
you are right that paypal is the biggest company and they con not scam to any one and i think nowadays people mostly using bitcoin than paypal because bitcoin is very much useful and profit able currency. |

Why PayPal is a scam? I have never had problems with it while I used it. I didn't use it for long actuall, a year for sure, maybe something changed in that site. So I don't know why you are making panic around it indeed.

No change in any thing they are doing as they was doing few years back but few peoples not read terms and conditions and as they fall in problem they start to cry its a scam they have some good and solid foundation for years and doing business with all their own rules and regulations |

But unfortunately I am seeing more growth month paypal is getting worse, because many of the people who use paypal now is quite difficult to do all the things in it and most people who use paypal now is less suitable in all regulations and policies that have been set by paypal. tax or fee money is not stolen money dude, it was in need paypal transaction work smoothly and of course your paypal is a company and of course they want to make profits, and course fees or taxes to maintain their system as well |

I have had an issue with Paypal and while I was trying to look for a solution on the internet, I came across this website ( https://www.consumeraffairs.com/online/paypal_02.html) where everybody is complaining about Paypal. Most of the complains were actually similar to the one that I have. I thought Paypal is a credible company but now I have started feeling worried about my funds stuck in the accounts. i do not think about that before , then there is person struck with this and lose about 5-6$ so sad for hear this ... |

The main reason why some may call Paypal as scam is because there are times when Paypal can be so strict in terms of monitoring an account's transaction and may declare that you violated their TOS leading to freezing and even terminating your account, as some cases do suggest. The definition of a scam here is not the traditional meaning of the word like we associate of that of a ponzi program. |

The limited options to where you could use it or transfer it add up the events to where there are security problems and lost funds. The truth is those online wallets have the same problems and I think those are just errors in the system.

A lot of information about what paypal is a scam, but the system still works well and its ratings are not nada. Perhaps it is only evil tongues trying paypal compromise. |

I fully agree that the company is very real and problems with paypal is not observed for a long time. Even if there may be questions, everything legally legally possible to correct or challenge.
