In my opinion, a person in dire need for money that resorts to doing illegal acts will accept any currency. As long as it will satisfy their need. It is not limited to USD alone.

Exactly, any medium that has value can be use in illegal activities, including products that has value, they can be use to bribe anyone. But it's hard to conceal those bulky objects so money and precious metals is the easier one to use.

Not only in USA even all around the world, is dollar being used in terrorist activities. In many countries like Iraq, Afghanistan and other countries they all are being affected by terrorist activities and only dollar is the main back support for them. Even dollar is used in all drugs, money exchangers, human trafficking all around the globe and much unethical activities.

I am pretty sure that when goons smash into convenience stores and steal stuff, then the money they probably steal is USD, which makes it criminal currency. Also, I am pretty sure that the baseball bats that majority of the goons have bought were paid for by the USD.

Also, most people collect rain water, drink raw milk, and throw cannabis seeds in soil, all three acts which are considered serious illegal felonies punishable by seriously expensive fines and extensive jail time, possibly life in prison.

Some people also walk, drive, fish, or hunt without a permit that can easily be bought for in USD.

It surely is, in the first place it is a currency, a legal currency which is used by most of the people. So i have no doubt that it is being used on illegal activities and I think , most of the currencies are also too. And it is normal, but obviously wrong. The fault is not on the currency but the people who are doing such things. So there's no need to ban a currency because it is being used as what it is.

However, the fact is Bitcoin and cryptocurrency are helping the criminal complete their crime transaction easilier than FIAT.
Other digital currencies are also controlled by the third services.
So, they can't use digital currencies for their transaction, instead, they choose cryptocurrency to keep safe their transaciton and avoid the government tracking their transaction.

I think it is quite difficult to do for example when some people want to buy a luxury house is not possible everybody should bring hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars.
