If I'm not wrong skrill also can be reversed after the transaction completes so in this case, Escrow will be in trouble. No escrow will help you so if you want to buy BTC then you should use a payment method which is not a reversible method.  You can just lock this thread for now until you find a good payment processor to buy.

He said that made refund, but any money got from him back!
